Food is an important part of life at Marwell Hotel. We are proud to have been awarded two AA rosettes for our Modern European menu in our restaurant, The Dining Room, which combines an array of techniques and recipes from across the continent and applies them to locally sourced produce.
Executive Chef, Richard Cameron, explains his approach to modern cuisine, 'We have an important philosophy in our kitchen – sourcing only the very best ingredients, treating them simply; allowing the flavours and textures to do the talking, and paying attention to detail at all times. Life revolves around food and we share so many happy memories around the table.
