Head chef, Roger Halford explains his approach to modern cuisine. "Our food will be based on excellent, locally-sourced produce, cooked simply with the care it deserves. We firmly believe that the hard work producers put into their foodstuff should be allowed to shine through so 'ingredients rule' at The Dining Room."

Our front of house team deliver unobtrusive, but attentive service as modern culture dictates. "Old fashioned pretence is unnecessary," says Oliver Bastian. "We believe in a simple, friendly approach, paying attention to detail and making our guests feel absolutely comfortable and at ease."
